Shipping Policy
Introduction This Shipping Policy describes how we deliver physical goods (if any) you order from Media FleetBlue (for example, printed collateral, merchandise). Order Processing Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking once your order is dispatched. Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via trusted couriers (e.g. India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.). You may have options such as “Standard,” “Express,” or “Overnight” at checkout (depending on your location). Estimated delivery times (within India) are:  • Standard: 5–8 business days  • Express: 2–4 business days  • Remote or rural areas: may take 1–2 extra days Shipping Costs & Charges Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain value (if you choose to offer this). Any customs, duties, or import charges for international deliveries are borne by the recipient. Delivery & Receipt A signature may be required upon delivery. If you’re not available, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. If a package is declared lost or excessively delayed, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve. Damaged or Lost Items Inspect upon delivery. If items are damaged, refuse to accept or sign “damaged” and notify us within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, notify us within 7 days of expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the courier. International Shipping For customers outside India, international shipping is available (if offered). Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 days). You are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges as applicable in your country.
