Cancellation

Before Service Commencement:
You may cancel an order for digital services (e.g. website design, SEO, branding) within 7 calendar days of placing the order, provided work has not yet commenced.

After Service Commencement:
Once we have begun work (for example, initial designs, content creation, development), cancellations may not be fully refunded. Any refund will be prorated based on work done, and any non-recoverable costs (e.g. domain registration, stock assets) will be deducted.

How to Request Cancellation:
Submit a cancellation request in writing (via email or through our contact form) stating your order number, service name, date, and reason. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.

Return / Refunds

Digital Services: Because our services are intangible and delivered electronically, we generally do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances (for example, non-delivery, major defects, or as required by law). Physical Products (if any): If your order includes physical goods (e.g. printed materials, merchandise), you can return them within 14 days from delivery date, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the error is ours. Refund Method & Timing: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item (or after confirmation of cancellation in case of digital services). We reserve the right to withhold refund until condition and eligibility are verified. Exceptions & Limitations Custom work (e.g. tailored branding, customized websites) is non-returnable once final files are delivered.
